Mixed
Paydata.NET provides for truly integrated processing of Retail, Wholesale, and Wholetail work within the same system. No need for separate modules or software applications. Paydata.NET allows your organization to process Retail, Wholetail, and Wholesale batches in the same job stream rather than having to run entirely different batch streams.

Wholesale
Paydata.NET’s most distinguishing characteristic is its flexibility in mastering the Wholesale Lockbox Process. Paydata.NET deals with corporate payments of businesses with low volumes of large dollar processing remittances. In many cases, these payments have 8-1/2" x 11" invoices with multiple line items to be paid. They may require data entry (keying in invoice #'s, check #’s, etc.), signature verification, and/or other customer-specific requirements. Also, Paydata.NET enables copies of checks to be sent to a third party corporate location for verification along with the associated invoices.

Paydata.NET can handle any volume, from a few hundred to several million. Whatever remittance need your organization is facing, Paydata.NET will work for you.

Retail
Another distinguishing characteristic of Paydata.NET is its flexibility to automate the Retail Lockbox Process. Paydata.NET handles consumer payments where the dollar amounts are low, the volume is high, and there is a transport-scannable coupon associated with the payment/check, for example, utility bills, phone bills, VISA/MC payments, etc.

Wholetail
Paydata.NET for Wholetail combines the efficiency of a retail application with the processing controls of a wholesale lockbox.

With Paydata.NET for Wholetail, you can save time and reduce the costs of processing high volume, low dollar amount remittances. You can run the Wholetail Lockbox Process of checks with a combination of 8-1/2" x 11" invoices and/or coupons, and/or checks only.

Paydata.NET provides an integrated platform for processing the Wholesale, Retail, and Wholetail lockbox transactions and services. We offer an automated Payment Processing System that offers image processing as well as conventional, and conventional with image archive work flows.
